What if Canda lost it's government and nobody cared?

Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin adresses the nation, aparently to tell them that his favorite puppy is dead.

When the government of Ecuador (!) fell, it made the news......No more proof is needed that Canada is the greatest country in the world. Plus, maple leafs make good toilet paper in a pinch (or the woods). GUY
