Rage
"This is just the beginning," said Moussa Diallo, 22, a tall, unemployed French-African man in Clichy-sous-Bois, the working-class Parisian suburb where the violence started Oct. 27. "It's not going to end until there are two policemen dead."The New York Times, which is reporting the first death in the Paris riots. Not even Ronald McDonald escaped the mobs. I can't blog about this. Blinding rage. Anger. Stupid people. The NYT quotes one youth as saying "If you are treated like a dog, you react like a dog." A. This is unfair to the dogs, who usually react more humanely than the humans. B. Many people who are treated "like a dog" DO NOT react like a dog. These people have better lives than those who do "react like dogs." - GUYPost a Comment |
