Spotted this weekend near 18th & Columbia in D.C.
Was Duke Ellington a Kennedy?

Duke Ellington's mother was Daisy Kennedy, whence his middle name. Duke was a Washingtonian by the way. His first job was selling peanuts at Washington Senators home games, but he is most famous for being America's greatest composer, indeed one of the world's great composers.
