BAGHDAD, Iraq, Aug. 10 - Armed men entered Baghdad's municipal building during a blinding dust storm on Monday, deposed the city's mayor and installed a member of Iraq's most powerful Shiite militia.
The Arabs call those duststorms "hamsin" which means fifty. Maybe because it gets up to 50 degrees (Celsius) during them. They are really wicked. Mark E

I see Rumsfeld is "shocked, shocked" to see that Iran is not helping the United States re: arms smuggling into Iraq. Who woulda thunk it. Them Iranians never fight fair. - John W

You read abt. that couple that killed a law enforcement officer in TN and was caught in OH. Turns out the woman is a graduate of West Jordan High School. John H.

The officer killed was the father of a friend I had dinner with the night before it happened. Glad they were caught, now fry them! Guy has lengthly criminal record including something like 5 previous escapes. I for one dont want to spend my tax dollars maintaining him in a high security prison.Post a Comment
