Here's a compare and contrast exercise. Ted Rall writes simply about something very important; William Buckly lovingly prepares a feast of verbiage on the most agressively unimportant story of our times.

Buckley has early onset alzheimers, early on set being at about 17 years old. He is a good example of someone who is grossly incompetent but is considered competent soley because he went to Yale. He isn't the only one, GUY

This is good stuff for Rall who usually sounds like Michael Moore. As you say very important, but here in Utah, my co-workers were more interested in who got voted off from "American Idol." GUY
